My twelve-year old daughter, Bevy, attended Waterville Valley Summer Camp this past summer and can't wait to return! Although we have spent summers in the White Mountains for many years, this was something different and novel. Bevy was able to hike, bike, golf, play tennis, etc. while making new friendships. Some very special bonds were formed and quite simply, this would not have happened without the camp. The camp fills a large void in the valley as the "tweens" have outgrown the local programs, yet are too young to find employment. What an incredible opportunity for both the program and these kids to experience all that the valley has to offer while developing a love and appreciation for lifetime skills.
